Lately I've been working on a lot of documentation. At this point the documentation is not what I would call complete but it is at least usable. By reading the documentation a person should be able to at least follow the last section and write a very basic Perl module in Java, wrap it with SWIG and use it. I'm not guaranteeing anything so if anyone needs help just shoot me an email.
